Where the homepage figures come from.

   1,000+ people, 70%+ research-trained, 100+ cities, 27+ countries, 100+ events and 21+ in-person gatherings are FINQ-provided overview figures recorded on September 10, 2026. They describe the broader community rather than a live count of verified members; the source does not specify the measurement period or the denominator for the research-trained share.

   The Community layer shades countries by the share of FINQ's recorded LinkedIn audience whose location could be resolved; unresolved locations are excluded, each country or region is counted once, and the source does not record a snapshot date. Shading shows relative presence, not member counts.

   The Gatherings layer shows the in-person gatherings in FINQ's events archive snapshot, one square per city with the number held there. Announced upcoming stops are drawn as open squares and are not archive records.

   Affiliations are community-supplied candidates shown for identification only. Their inclusion does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or a formal institutional relationship with FINQ, and the logos are not a roster of verified members.

   Featured stories are an editorial selection. Each post keeps its date, sources and relationship context; inclusion does not assign a verified status or a FINQ organizational role.

Figures are updated when FINQ records a new overview snapshot; the archive-based counts follow the reviewed events archive.
